Terms of Service

TeeSorted is a trading name of Jaiden Boateng Limited. By placing an order with TeeSorted, you agree to these terms.

Orders and Payment

Customers must provide accurate garment choices, sizes, colours, artwork, wording, delivery details and contact information.

Full payment must be received before production begins. We may cancel and refund an order if we cannot produce it, the product is unavailable or the supplied artwork is unsuitable.

Custom Products and Cancellations

TeeSorted products are custom printed using the options and artwork selected by the customer.

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded after they have been placed. Please check all sizes, colours, spelling, artwork and order details carefully before payment.

This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or not as described.

Customer Artwork

You must own or have permission to use any artwork, logos, photographs, wording or designs submitted to TeeSorted.

You are responsible for mistakes contained within artwork or information you provide. TeeSorted may refuse artwork that is unlawful, offensive or may infringe another person’s rights.

Small differences in print placement, garment measurements and screen-to-print colour may occur.

Production and Delivery

Orders usually require 1–3 working days for production.

Standard UK delivery normally takes an additional 2–3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, bank holidays or busy periods.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address.

Local Collection

Free local collection may be selected at checkout.

A valid phone number must be entered so TeeSorted can contact you when your order is ready. Do not attempt to collect your order until you have received confirmation and collection instructions.

Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Contact TeeSorted as soon as possible if your order is faulty, damaged, incorrectly printed or different from what you ordered.

You may be asked to provide your order number and clear photographs. Depending on the issue, TeeSorted may provide a replacement, reprint or refund.

Website and Pricing

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

We may correct obvious pricing, product or website errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.

Liability

TeeSorted is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including your rights under UK consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Customers can contact TeeSorted using the contact details provided on our website.
